Gordon Crosby William Newland, who was in charge of the ceramic department, first introduced Gordon Crosby to pottery at the Institute of Education in London in the 1950's. Gordon followed this up by continuing his pottery education at the Central School of Art, which he attended two evenings a week for three years. There he was taught by Ruth Duckworth and Dan Arbeid, who have been a great influence on Gordon's work. |
