   Mixed Teabowl Exhibition 2006

29th January to 26th February

Putting together any mixed exhibition is a time consuming exercise but something I have found very rewarding and informative. Hopefully, you will feel the same when viewing the third in what appears to becoming an annual event.

This year there are teabowls by potters based in the UK, Japan and the USA and, although there will be over 50 miscellaneous items from potters working in these countries there are also a number of featured potters, who will be represented by a selection of their work.

Details about these potters and examples of their work to be exhibited can be seen by clicking on the names below as their pages are loaded onto the web site over the next week or so. It is also planned to feature pages of some of the miscellaneous work in due course.

One of the featured potters, Nobuo Okawa, who was born in Japan but lives in the UK will also but exhibiting 10 examples of his mezzotints, examples of which can be viewed along with some of his teabowls by clicking on his name.

Please click on the names below once they are underlined for details about the potter and examples of their work in the exhibition.
